The Buxton Festival and Fringe run from the 8th-26th July this year. The Buxton Festival is an internationally famous opera festival, attracting audiences from all over the world.
The Buxton Fringe runs at the same time, offering an antithesis to the festival. Thirty years on, and Buxton's Fringe is the largest in England - second only to Edinburgh in the UK. And its timing - two weeks before Edinburgh - make it the perfect warm-up.
