Full Time Staff
If you have a strong interest in a particular area - whether it be marketing, technical, front of house, or anything else - and can commit to joining us for the Fringe, perhaps you'll want to take on one of our full-time posts. In these roles you take responsibility for a certain part of the venue management: managing a team, leaving your mark, and making a real difference to the running of the venue... more info »
Work Experience & Interns
Underground can accomodate both school based work experience (years 10-13), and specialised vocational placements (for Theatre or Business students). Work Experience students are very important to us, and have agreat time at Underground. In fact, everyone at Underground started off as Work Experience students themselves... more info »

Other Volunteers
Volunteering is a great way to get experience in theatre that can be invaluable in the future. At Underground, volunteers can find themselves involved in all aspects of the process – learning how venues are run or how companies produce shows on the fringe, to learning particular technical and business skills. As well as valuable work experience, volunteering at Underground can be a great opportunity to meet people – actors, directors and producers –as well as some big name comedians – and help build contacts for the future... more info »
