Three's Company

A sparkling new experimental comedy – an innovative mixture of classic farce and interactive theatre – from the multi-award-winning Buxton favourites.

Guy is a young bookshop owner struggling to keep his business afloat... until his ex-girlfriend mysteriously walks back into his life, he finds an unusual amount of underwear in his philosophy section, and a fictional Frenchman appears in the flat upstairs.

As if that wasn’t enough, Guy then discovers an audience hidden in his storeroom, watching his every move, and the piece takes a sudden turn: opening up into the auditorium and embroiling the audience themselves into the unfolding action.

The latest hilarious comedy from Three’s Company - “Buxton’s worst kept secret(Vine Magazine). Since being formed in 2000 by school friends Yaz Al-Shaater, Tom Crawshaw and Michael Grady Hall, the group have produced a sell-out, award-winning shows at the Buxton Fringe for the past five years. After studying separately in London and Oxford for the past three years, this production sees the three re-united and commencing their work as a full-time theatre company.

This is a company with a vision and strength of purpose which exemplifies the Fringe spirit. Doubtless this is at the heart of the love that Buxton has for them
